Thanksgiving is here and like all good things, my monthly cooking Mizkan challenges have come to an end. I hope you have enjoyed these recipes and have grown to like the culinary wonder that is vinegar!
Here are my past post:
Today’s recipe will bring your Thanksgiving table color, pizazz and most of all, flavor with Holland House Red Wine Vinegar. Enjoy!
Good for 4 servings.
1- 15 oz. can of Sweet Corn, drained
1- Avocado, diced
1- Orange Bell Pepper, diced
1/2 – Red Onion, diced
1/4- cup of Olive Oil
1/4 cup of Holland House Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl. Mix till everything is well coated with the oil and vinegar. Because of the avocado, serve immediately is a nice serving plate.
I had this for dinner tonight. It is SO good. Kinda impressed myself! Ha! Remember to adjust your ingredients according to how big your dinner party will be. Also if you want to add a little kick to it, chop 1/2 a jalapeño and add it to the mix.
Weren’t the colors pretty?

This is part of a compensated series of posts with Mizkan cooking wines. I received an array of bottles of Mizkan’s products like: Holland House, Nakano and World Harbor rice vinegars, marinades, sauces and cooking wines. All opinions, recipes and the dirty kitchen in this series, are my very own.
