Dream Come True! Thank you #DisneySMMoms
I’m sitting at home, trying to get back into the routine of reality after an experience of a lifetime. I recently told you about my initial trip to Walt Disney World and being a part of the Disney Social Media Moms Celebration.
With any travel that I do, sans kids, I tend to relish on the “me” time I have ahead. I enjoy traveling for this blog. I’ve been and seen many places because of this blog. My work here has brought me and my love for Disney to one of the places I put on a vision board, earlier this year: Walt Disney World.
My trip started off beautifully. The conference itself was held on the Disney property, in a stunning hotel, Disney’s Contemporary Hotel. This stunning hotel is literally a hop, skip and a jump away from Magic Kingdom park.
Once arriving to the resort, I was just amazed at how enormous the resort is compared to Disneyland. Not that I’m comparing the two, but man… what a huge park!
Once settled into our room, my very good friend and I hit Disney’s Animal Kingdom park. Yes, this was my first time going to Walt Disney World, and to start off my trip at Animal Kingdom was simply wonderful. We were able to catch two shows. The first show was Festival of the Lion King.
Festival of the Lion King is a beautiful show that will surly keep any Lion King fan entertained! This interactive show features lively music, song and lots of laughter. Take a look at the pictures.
The second show we watched was Finding Nemo- The Musical is a MUST-SEE show at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Wow, this show is amazing. This 40 min. show tells the story we’ve all come to know and love.
There are puppeteers and real life characters. For me, you don’t have to know the full story of Finding Nemo. People of all ages will enjoy this show. I wanted to see it again!
Soon after we walked around and enjoyed the scenery. This place is spectacular and should be on your to-do list while visiting Walt Disney World resort. Take a look at our walk around Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
Stay tuned for more from #DisneySMMoms and Walt Disney World!
This is not a paid post. All thoughts and opinions are my own. I was invited to attend this exclusive event at the Walt Disney World resort. I paid my way to attend this event with special discounts and offers, provided by Walt Disney World.
