Holiday Fun at LEGOLAND!

If you’re still entertaining family and friends for the holidays, why not treat them out for some fun holidays fun at LEGOLAND! This is especially wonderful if you have little ones in your group and/or a LEGO fanatic that just can’t get enough of those little blocks, we’ve all grown to love.  And now that the holidays are in full swing, check out all the fun that you and your family can enjoy when you visit LEGOLAND!

Brand new this year is Ice Skating! My kids had the chance to ice skate for the very first time!  The were so excited. I seriously didn’t even think they would even want to try it out, once they saw how slippery thing were on the rink, but they were great at it!  Your whole family can enjoy a 90-minute skate session. All you have to do is purchase a ticket to skate and reserve your time on the ice! Your ticket includes ice skate rental and helmets, if needed. You even have the option to rent an ice skating aide.

My kids had a blast on the ice skating rink and I was a proud mom. The fun doesn’t stop with all the snow fun!  There are plenty of photo-opportunities for you to take a holiday picture.

And at night, you can witness the lighting of a 30-foot tall LEGO Christmas Tree and enjoy live entertainment with the Brickettes.

Need something to warm you up at night? The LEGOLAND hotel offers a variety of delicious treat. For example, did you know that the hotels has special fire pits for you and your family to enjoy some S’mores?  Yes! Talk about the day of sledding and snowball fun with some S’more roasting on a fire. The cost of the S’more kit is $9.99

Experience the magic of Winter Nights with shows, music, and twinkling lights. There’s even a food truck with yummy treats served by Santa’s Elves.

Emmy Award-winning actress Sarah Michelle Gellar as this year’s special guest to light the world’s largest LEGO® Christmas tree at the family theme park’s 12th annual Tree Lighting Ceremony on Monday, Dec. 1, 2014. Plus, a special, live performance by Grammy® Award-winning musical guest Ben Harper leads the Park’s spectacular Tree Lighting Ceremony!

Winter Nights festivities at 5-7pm on November 28, 29 and December 6, 13, 20, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30.

Official Tree Lighting on December 1.

Nightly Tree Lighting at 5pm, December 4-25th.

Holiday Fireworks at 7pm on December 26-30th.

Kids’ New Year’s Eve celebration with fireworks at 6pm on December 31st.
