Let's Eat!

Oscar Mayer Spaghetti Pasta Recipe

There’s one thing my family loves to eat, and that’s noodles. Whether it be an Asian version or the Italian version, my kids can sit and eat until there’s no more pasta or noodles. Are your kids the same way?  Check out this delicious Oscar Mayer meal for After School!

My prima’s mother-in-law makes a fantastic pasta salad or meal (she never knows what to call it!) that has my kids going CRAZY whenever we attend one of her parties! It’s not exactly fettuccine but the kids call it that. Whenever I make it (my kids make it very clear that I just don’t make it the same way as Uncle Nick’s mom!), it never lasts for more than the meal itself.  It’s perfect for the hungry appetites that come home from school.

I hope you like!

Spaghetti Afterschool Pasta!

Spaghetti Afterschool Pasta - familyisfamilia.com

  • 1 pound of Spaghetti
  • 1 pack of frozen Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup of parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup of lowfat mayo
  • 1 pack of Oscar Mayer Ham

Cook your spaghetti as directed. Depending how well cooked you like your broccoli, add them to your boiling pot of spaghetti. I add the pasta and frozen florets at the same time. It’s just easier for me. Cut the Oscar Mayer ham into small squares and set aside.  In a big mixing bowl add your parmesan cheese, mayo and the cut ham. Once your pasta is done, drain it first, then add the cooked pasta and broccoli to the mixing bowl. Mix well and serve immediately!

I’m sure you can add or modify as you wish.  There’s a wide selection of Oscar Mayer products for you to mix and match this recipe with.
