Top Baby Shower Gift Ideas for Latina Moms (Giveaway)

This is a sponsored post. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I love baby showers. Besides the games and gifts, I love how it brings people together to celebrate the coming of a new life. I had several baby showers when I was pregnant. All three times I was showered with love for my kids but most of all, it was the people and laughter and friendship that I value most. Gone are those days for me, but there is one special baby shower that I’m waiting for. Once I find out when that special someone is preggy, oh boy (or girl!) am I going to host the bestest baby show ever.

I think I know my way down the baby aisle. Still, I’m sure things have somewhat changed the last time I had to shop for a baby, but the basics will always be useful. Now imagine adding a little bit of culture that we know and love!

Here are my top baby shower gifts for Latina mamis-to-be!

Top Baby Shower Gift Ideas for Latina Moms

  1. Ay, how cute! I wish I had these for my little pollitos. How adorable is this? Every Mami needs this on her little pollito. Check out LosPollitosdicen.com for more adorable gifts!
  2. Luscious locks for Mami! If you’ve had a baby, then you know how our hair takes a hit after the baby is born. Why not treat the new mom with Neutrogena’s Triple Repair Hair Care line. She’ll feel refreshed and renewed and ready to take care of her little baby.
  3. The gift of musica– This is one I truly recommend for any mom. Jose-Luis Orozco takes all the songs that we grew up hearing and playfully sings them for us to re-learn and for our kids to hear and learn from them also. You HAVE to get this!
  4. A help for baby and peace for Mom! A must for any mom who will deal with diaper rash. Dr. Smith’s Diaper Rash Ointment was developed in 1963 by Dr. Forest M. Smith, Jr., a long-time San Antonio pediatrician. Its incomparable effectiveness has earned it the recommendation of pediatricians and pharmacists everywhere, and can be found in retail stores nationwide.  You never, ever want to be in a situation in which mom-to-be is without any Diaper rash ointment.

Wow! Thanks for these ideas. Actually, I am a practical mom, so I bought only the practical items for my baby and when it comes for a baby shower gift, I prefer to give the ones I usually use. This is because I want to make sure that the gift will be very useful for the mom-to-be.

My friend John posted this after their first child. He has some pretty good “go to” items. We’re a big fan of Boudreaux’s Butt Paste – saved our butts more than once! And our son’s too!
