Knott’s Boysenberry Festival 2015 at Knott’s Berry Farm
There are certain tastes or smells that immediately flood your mind memories. It can be your favorite home cooked meal that your abuela used to cook or the smell of meat on the grill, that will take you back to those amazing backyard bbqs in your childhood home. Having grown up in southern California, Knott’s Boysenberry menu items at Knott’s Berry Farm, has been a fun staple in that park that I looked forward to every time I visited during my youth.
Now as a grownup, I love it even more. The flavorful boysenberry now has a celebration all on its own. The Boysenberry Festival will feature a mouthwatering food lineup and live entertainment for anyone and everyone who visits the park, beginning March 28, 2015 – April 12, 2015.
What can you expect during your visit at Knott’s Berry Farm? Think state fairs, but oh so much better! The 16-day festival returns with an unforgettable lineup. Check it out:

Ribs, grilled chicken and yes, alligator- all smothered in farm-made Berry Market Boysenberry BBQ sauce.
There’s fried cheese curds paired with a spicy boysenberry dipping sauce. YUMMY! Or try the fish and chips sandwich with boysenberry tartar sauce. The Wine and Craft Brew Tastings? All I have to say is that your NEED to try the boysenberry wine. Corn on the cob with boysenberry butter? Um HELLO? Tip: Bring stretch pants!

The Fun Bun. It will be the most amazing thing you’ll taste during the festival. Hopefully it’ll become a regular menu item FOREVER.

What is The Fun Bun? Well, let’s see. It’s a deep-fried cinnamon bun coated in funnel cake batter topped with delicious boysenberry cream cheese and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
It’s freaking amazing. You’re going to have to save room for this. As you all know, calories don’t count when visiting Knott’s Berry Farm!
