Hot Wheels is Now at Discovery Cube OC!
Calling cars enthusiasts, young and old. Hot Wheels: Race to Win has made its way to Discovery Cube in Orange County, and if you are a fan of the classic cars, then you have to pack the kids in the car and check out this one-of-a-kind exhibit!
My brother-in-law collects Hot Wheels and has numerous cars already in his collection. He rarely takes them out, but when he does, wow!!! It’s quite the sizable collection to see! Having seen his collection and then visiting Discovery Cube, it’s enough to make any person a life-long fan. My oldest son LOVED Hot Wheels when he was a young boy. There wasn’t a trip to the store in which he didn’t have a Hot Wheels in his hand. During Christmas and his birthday, it was all about the Hot Wheels.
He was obsessed.
If that story sounds familiar, then you know how loved these little cars are. If you visit Discovery Cube, you’ll be taken back to your youth with these fun activities:
- Take a behind-the-scenes look at the thrilling world of racing, including the scientific process for designing fast cars
- Compete in the Pit Stop Challenge, by racing against the clock to change tires and refuel your race car
- Test theories regarding the science of racing by experimenting with a six lane downhill speed track, booster power track, adjustable angles track, and timing track
- See and learn about real race car parts, authentic artifacts, and captivating memorabilia
I had a fun time just watching my son play with his friends during our visit. Oh, and don’t worry about not having any Hot Wheels to play with when you get home. Discovery Cube has got you and your Hot Wheels fan covered!
Get the kids ready and head on over Discovery Cube OC!
This is not a paid post. All thoughts and opinions are my own. As a proud Discovery Cube mom ambassador, I share this FUN event with you.
