Should You Watch Star Wars: The Force Awakens?
Go with your husband. Go with your boyfriend or girlfriend. Go with your bffs. Go with anybody. Heck, go by yourself! This is coming from a girl who has never seen any of the Star Wars movies.
That’s right I have never seen any of the Star Wars movies. I had an older sibling who was very much into Star Wars, but I myself never got into it. I’ve seen commercials, I’ve seen trailers, I’ve seen little bits that come on the TV, but I have never sat down to watch any of the movie from beginning to end. But I love Star Tours at Disneyland?! Not the same? Yeah, I didn’t think so.
And I’m sure there are many, many, many people in my same situation. My husband isn’t into the movies and my kids are somewhat into the movies but they themselves have never seen any of the movies. Which is okay, I mean, there’s always time to sit and watch them, but now that the new movie has come on I am here to tell you that you need to go and watch it.
So, if you have a boyfriend you have a husband, you have a geeky best friend or you have somebody in your life that is completely obsessed with Star Wars go and watch it with them.
Last Tuesday I went to see the movie and I am happy to say that I was entertained throughout the whole movie. I recognize some of the characters, but there were also a lot characters that I didn’t. So this is why I say go and watch the movie and then afterwards try to make the effort to watch the rest of the series or before you go to watch the new movie, make sure you watch the other movies that came out from Star Wars.
I was happy that I had the opportunity to watch Star Wars: The Force Awakens because I feel like I am now exposed to a phenomenal series that has had movie-goers obsessed since forever! I want to see what was the story behind the new Star Wars: The Force Awakens. I want to know about the characters, the storyline, the history behind alliance and all that stuff.
I’m not going to post anything about the movie because obviously it starts tonight so, all I can say is that you should go watch it. Plus, I don’t know what parts of the movie would be considered spoilers, so what if I say something that I shouldn’t and well, that would be bad. I know my kids will love it. There’s action, there’s funny parts, there’s friendships and well, it’s a great movie.
Here is the one-liner synopsis:
