3 Ingredient Best Foods Grilled Cheese Sandwich
This is a sponsored post for Mirum Shopper. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
What do you cook, when you don’t feel like cooking? A grilled cheese sandwich, of course! Summertime is here and the temperature is piping hot, what should we do about lunch or dinner? It’s during this time of year that my menu for the week is all over the place. It’s also a time in which we tend to eat out a lot more than usual, but when we stay home and I want to keep things simple, sandwiches are the perfect way to go. Grilled cheese sandwiches are a favorite around here, but this was the first time that I used mayo, instead of butter. I thought for sure the kids would notice the difference, but they didn’t. And guess what?!?! I didn’t either! Wow, it was delicious! It’s easy to make and it’s the perfect dish for a quick snack, lunch or dinner!
