Frontier SoCal presents Foot Volley World Championships
This is a compensated post with Frontier SoCal. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
Summer has officially ended at our home today. The kids went back to school and things should be getting back to normal soon. We had a great summer. Granted it was a little low key, but still, the kids had days of carefree swimming and late night movie watching. The summer Olympics just ended and the kids and I were able to watch some history being made. My daughter was absolutely obsessed with the gymnastics team and my son couldn’t believe he was able to watch Michael Phelps earn his 23rd medal and see him retire. It’s times like these that makes me glad that the kids can see Olympians, who work hard to get to where they are, compete and win medals for their respective countries.
Last Saturday, we had the opportunity to check out the 2016 California Footvolley World Championship! What’s Footvolley? Check this, it’s a cross between soccer and beach volleyball! It was so much fun to see! I mean, you have to really watch these players. You’d think they would be setting up to spike the ball, but when they launch themselves in the air, only to kick flip the ball to the other side, WOW! I’ve never heard of Footvolley. I didn’t even know it existed, but what I loved about discovering new things is that it opens our mind to new possibilities!
Aside from providing internet, phone and TV services, Frontier SoCal sponsors several events all throughout SoCal. Many of them are family-friendly and free of cost. This weekend at Huntington Beach, they had a booth with representatives, ready to answer all your questions and yes, you can even sign up for services right on the spot!
